We collect the information needed to create and secure your poocki account, including your name, email address, authentication provider, and session information. When you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides basic profile information, such as your name and email address, so we can authenticate you.

We also store the financial information you enter into the service: account names, balances, currencies, categories, transactions, budgets, and optional notes. If you use the Telegram Mini App or bot, we process the Telegram identity information required to verify your account and link it to the service.

We use this information only to provide, secure, and improve poocki finance: to create and authenticate your account, show your financial records, calculate balances and budgets, and support the web and Telegram experiences. We do not use your financial information for advertising.

Google account data is used solely for sign-in and account linking. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendar, or other Google services. OAuth tokens, when issued by Google, are stored encrypted and are not sold or shared for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that operate poocki finance, such as hosting, database, authentication, and Telegram services, and only as necessary to provide the service. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and secure server-side sessions to protect your information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account and financial data while it is needed to provide the service and maintain its records, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can update the financial information you enter through the app and choose whether to connect a Google account or use Telegram. You can also stop using the service at any time. We will update this policy on this page when our data practices change.
